    Chief Minister of Odisha Naveen Patnaik On Tuesday, 18th June 2013 distributed 5,000 mobile phone sets among farmers because farmers can access the market information related to agriculture through the mobile phones. According to him in the first phase around 15,000 beneficiaries will get the free phones.
