Green house gases are those gases which absorb the heat radiations coming from the Sun. It emits the infrared radiations. Scientifically, any gas with three or more atoms acts as a greenhouse gas. Carbon Dioxide takes the radiant heat and keeps it in the atmosphere. It is considered as one of the main greenhouse gases because it traps and reflect the sun’s radiations back to the Earth.
