The Vedas are not Books and are not in a written format. Actually vedas are speeches and guidelines told by paramathma (param = upper/greater, atma = soul) which include all about the inner human and outer human creations by god in details but this are in very short/complex language. Vedas can be learned only by the vedaguru (Teacher of vedas) supervision, procedure of learning is just hearing and telling based method.
