    YouTube is an audio-video sharing website formed by PayPal employees in the year 2005. It was owned by Google in November, 2006 for US$1.65 billion. Now, YouTube works as a subsidiary of Google. YouTube registered users can upload as well as watch, share a video with any friend whereas unregistered users are authorized only to watch a video until they are not registered.
