The “blood group O” is a universal donor as it has antibodies for both A and B Blood groups and contains no antigens. But we should also consider the Rh factor before giving blood to any person as Rh+ blood should be transferred only to a person having Rh+ blood group. But a person having Rh- blood can give his blood to both Rh+ and Rh- blood group people. So in that way O- Blood group is the Universal Blood donor.
I think people having blood group O can transfer their blood to any person and this blood group is known as universal donor.
