    Google Inc. is an American multinational corporation which was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in the year 1998. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of this company was made on 19th August, 2004. It has offered a total of 19,605,052 shares @ 85 dollars per shares. This public offering raised the market capitalization of Google by 23 billion US dollars and all the shares were sold in an online auction format.
