    Truvada is the first ever pill which can be used to prevent the HIV virus upto 75%. One has to take single medicine in a day. But it can have some side effects also like weakness, unusual muscle pain, trouble breathing, nausea, vomiting, a fast or irregular heartbeat or feeling cold, dizzy or lightheaded.
