    The android is an operating system which works on Linux and it was launched in the year 2008 on 23rd September. It was designed for mobile devices such as smart phones, tablet computers, etc. Initially, “HTC Dream” was the only mobile phone with an Android operating system and it was officially released in the year 2008 on 22nd October. The latest version of this OS is “Android 4.4.2 KitKat”.
