A new scheme has been launched by the Indian government in India, in which free mobile phones will be provided in the rural households across the country. The scheme has been named as “Bharat Mobile Scheme”, and it will funded by universal service obligation (USO). Under this sceme one mobile would be provided per household, preferably to a female member.
