It depends on the college. Some colleges conduct an entrance exam and in order to get admission you will have to attend the examination. While some of the colleges releases their cut off marks and accordingly you can get the admission.

The candidates those who have completed their 10+2 standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and biology as compulsory subjects are eligible for the MBBS course. In Gujarat, the admission to MBBS programme will be on the basis of aspirant’s mark obtained in the 10+2 level and the score in the medical entrance exam such as All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) / Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) as desired by the particular medical college.
