    Hamas is an Islamist organization that was formed in the year 1987. Many countries including Japan has declared it as a terrorist organization as many times it was found to be involved in terrorist activities. It is governed by Gaza strips since 2006 and has its roots in the Palestinian territories in Israel. Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, Abdel Aziz al-Rantissi and Mahmoud Zahar were the founder of this organization and Khaled Masha is its current chief.
