I have a smart phone (sky IM-800S) android version 2.3.5, may I upgrade its android version to 4.

    No, I am sorry to say this buddy. But you cannot upgrade the OS of your phone to Android 4.0 . This device comes with Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread) as default.
