A sentence is that which complete the meaning in a manner which can be understood. So, in such cases many “verb” has a complete meaning which can be used as a command and also can be understood completely. Some of the examples are: Run, Go, Scream, Sit, Jump etc. But these are not the proper sentences. If you talk about a proper sentence then “I do” or “I am” or “It is” etc are considered as smaller sentences.
So, ultimately you just can’t say any of these as a sentence. !!!
