    According to “Sankaracharya of Puri Swami Sri Nischalanand Saraswati” the disaster at Ittarakhand has been caused due to human greed. He said “Constructions were coming up recklessly in Uttarakhand in the name of development. With this disaster, nature showed that there is no supreme power than it. The magnitude of misery is a pointer to the fact that man has been playing with nature,”
