Here are the steps for you :-
1> Take a large sized bowl and add about 500ml of vinegar.
2>Add 2 Spoons of of baking soda into it and keep stirring the mixture until it is mixed properly.
3>Now put the solution in the saucepan and boil it down, you may boil it for about 20 minutes you will hear some popping sounds from it.
4>Now let the mixture to cool down at room temperature, the solution which you have is a super-saturated solution of sodium acetate.
5>Whet it gets cool down then you may Pour off excess water (If its there) and let the crystals dry.
6>Now what you have is “Sodium Acetate”. Store it in an air tight container.
