In Microsoft PowerPoint, you can easily add music, songs and sound effect that you can play automatically when you display a particular slide or when you click the sound icon on a slide. There are many ways to do that but one of the easiest way is mentioned below :
>> First of all you need to select the slide which you want to add music or song.
>> Then select the Movies and Sounds option in the insert menu on the standard toolbar.
>> Then click on the insert file option and select the sound or music file which you want to add and click on Ok button.
>> Then a window will appear and select one of the options according to your need ”
1. Click on “Automatically” if you want to play that music automatically when you go to that slide.
2. You can select “When Clicked” option if you want to play the song only when you click the sound icon.
