The Lauric Acid can be extracted from coconut oil or from a coconut but I don’t think it can directly be extracted from Coconut water, the coconut water contains a very small amount of Lauric Acid.
Yes i do agree with you coconut water contains less than 0.5g of fat per 100g and therefore there will only be a trace amount of Lauric acid in coconut water, if any, depending on how it was filtered.
