Syria on 8th April 2013 rejected the Proposal Of United Nations to probe the reports of possible use of Chemical Weapons in the country because as per the rules of the country granting an access to the investigators from UN to the whole country will mean the violation of Syrian sovereignty but on the other hand it was ready to grant access to Khan al-Assal to use chemical weapons.
