    The United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) is a government agency that was founded in the year 1972. It coordinates all the environmental activities of the United Nation and “Achim Steiner” is currently the head of this agency. He is the 5th Executive Director of UNEP and was appointed in the planetary meeting of the UN General Assembly in 2010.
