    The Mahatma Gandhi Pravasi Suraksha Yojana Scheme for the Indian workers has been launched in Dubai on 28th October 2013. It is a pension and life insurance fund scheme for blue-collar Indian workers in the UAE. It was launched by the Union Minister of Overseas Indian Affairs, Vyalar Ravi.
