“Operation Bluestar” was started in the year 1984 from 3rd June to 8th June. It was an operation related to the Military of India, which was in control of the Former Prime Minister of India “Indira Gandhi”. This order was passed to remove Sikh separatists who all were gathering weapons in the famous Golden Temple which is located in Amritsar. It was carried out successfully with the help of military tanks and army.
The former British Prime Minister “Margaret Thatcher” gave her support in the operation Blue star. Moreover, she ordered the British Air Services (SAS) commanders to help the Indian Military force.
