    It is a program in which CIA transports the criminals and terrorist to the secretes prisons that were situated outside the United States.

    In military terminology, Black site refers to the place where the black projects take place. The “Black site” are the secret prisons that were operated by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of the United States after the 11th September 2001 terrorist attacks on US. It was first acknowledged in a CIA speech given by the US President George W. Bush on 6th September, 2006
