A “Sweep” is a feature in Outlook.com which provides users a facility to quickly clean up their Inbox and keep it clean. For example, if someone is getting emails with some special offers and that are valid upto a certain period of time so that particular user can clean up all the older versions of the offer for the arrival of new offerings. You can clean up your email messages as:
>> Open up the message which you want to clean.
>> Click on the “sweep” button in the toolbar of Outlook.com.
>> Then choose the option “Schedule cleanup” in the drop down menu.
This would automatically clean your Inbox by removing all the messages came from that particular sender.
