    According to the latest news report it has been confirmed that the new bill named Karnataka Essential Services Maintenance (ESMA) 2013 that has been passed by the Karnataka State assembly of India on 4th of December 2013 says that if an employee goes on strike it will be considered as a non-bailable offense and police can arrest a striking employee without warrant. This bill will be applicable for all the employees working in water, power, health, transport and service sectors going on strikes, inconveniencing people.
