    The National AIDS Control Organization is the full form of NACO. It is one of the divisions of the Health and Family welfare Ministry which was established in the year 1962. It provides awareness about HIV/AIDS and protect the fundamental rights of the people who are suffering from this disease. Three important rights are given by the constitution of India to the people who are suffering from this disease are:
    1. Right to Informed Consent
    2. Right to Confidentiality
    3. Right against Discrimination
