Nanotechnology or Nanoscience is one of the branch of technology that deals with the manipulation of matters which are less than 100 nanometers in size. This concept was first discussed by the physicist “Richard Feynman” in the year 1959. It is also known as the molecular nanotechnology and currently, this technology is used to build machines at the scale of molecules.
