A bench of two Supreme Court judges (G.S. Singhvi and S.J. Mukhopadaya) have made homosexuality a crime under the section 377 in the Indian Penal Code (IPC) on 8th December, 2013. According to this law, homosexuality or unnatural sex between two adults will continue to be considered as an offense.
