    Battle of Stalingrad is a part of the battel of World War II. In this battle Nazi Germany and its allies together fought against the Soviet Union. It happened between August 23, 1942 to February 2, 1943. The main goal of this was to get the control over city of Stalingrad (now Volgograd) in the southwestern Soviet Union.
