    National Judicial Data Grid” (NJDG) is being developed in India under the supervision of the supreme court of India. Under this all the courts in India will computerize and connected to each other. It will be operationalised by January 2014. It will be a very powerful e-court system. Under the video conferencing system, any lawyer or judge will be able to talk to the accused who is lodged in the jails.
