    “Kanwal Bharti” has been arrested by the police for his provocative post on Facebook criticizing Uttar Pradesh government and senior minister Azam Khan on the issue of suspension of IAS officer Durga Sakthi Nagpal. He is a Dalit thinker and writer by profession.
