“Lake Vostok” is situated in at the southern Pole of Cold, beneath Russia’s Vostok Station which is under the surface of the central East Antarctic Ice Sheet. It is a great discovery because according to the Russian Scientist it has been discovered to contain life which is at least one form that is not found elsewhere on Earth.
