    Yes, it is true according to a report generated by the World Bank assisted National AIDS Control Support Project

    Yes, the news is absolutely true that over 99.5% of India’s population is free from HIV now. This report has been generated by the World Bank assisted National AIDS Control Support Project. This project was launched by Ghulam Nabi Azad, Union Minister of Health & Family Welfare in New Delhi.
