    update ur flashplayer then u should be able to.go under adobe flashplayer.

    Possibly it could be possible because you web browser (It could be Internet explorer/Chrome/Firefox) is not able to run adobe flash player.
    You can try these steps:-
    1. Try a different browser
    2. Try and update the adobe flash player. Just follow this link to update it and it will work
