According to the Rami Abdelrahman (Head of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights), at least 40 people were killed in more than six Air strikes around in the Aleppo, Syria on 23rd November, 2013. They also said that some of the strikes were targeting the rebel headquarters but the rockets fell in a busy street. The pro-opposition monitoring group said that dozens of people were also injured in this attack and most of them were civilians.
