Twenty seven miners were killed in a coal mine collapse in Afganistan on 15th September, 2013 in Abkhorak coal mine, Ro-e-Doha district, Samangan. The incident took place after the gas explosion in the coal mine. According to BCC News report, four people from rescue team were also injured during the rescue operation due to bad equipments.
