In order to remove any application from your Facebook account, you need to follow below steps:
>> First of all, login to your Facebook account.
>> Click on the gear icon which will be appearing at the right corner on the top of your screen.
>> Then a list will appear and now choose “privacy settings” option from it.
>> Then select “app” button which will be appearing on the left of your screen.
>> Then choose the application that you want to delete and press the “close” button.
