    Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to shut down the telegram services from July 15 2013. It is being said that BSNL has decided to do it in accordance to the decrement in the use of the services. It was a 160 old service and in the modern era of mobile and SMS the use of the telegram has gone very low. It is also being said that the financial constraints have forced the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd to wind up the telegraphic service.
